Type A's are distracted, doing numerous tasks that don't matter, and without direction.
Most of these entrepreneurs are confused, thinking that growing a business is about blogging and posting on social media numerous times a day, using fancy tools, writing books to get clients; and because they're trying to do everything, they end up with no focus, control, or results and profit destroying distractions, no results leading to frustration that usually results in quitting or exiting the business.
In addition, there's ZERO predictability in new client signups, have no systems to allow them scaling profitably, and their focus is short and scattered, leaving them operating with random acts of marketing or just somehow hoping it will get better.
Type A's end up wasting a ton of time each day on tasks that do not grow their business, and rarely follow through with their plans because they're so overwhelmed.
These types of entrepreneurs live in a constant state of anxiety and stress!
